Hospitality Options Race Day Hospitality

The Club is able to offer a range of excellent venues and locations for all on-course hospitality needs, be it corporate events, social club gatherings or simply a group of friends or family wanting to enjoy a great social occasion at the races.

The “Embankment” which is adjacent to the birdcage offers one of the best race viewing locations and is right where the action is. Marquees can be erected on this site to accommodate up to 200 seated guests.

The “Big Tree Enclosure” is adjacent to the parade ring (where you can get a good close up look at the horses before they go onto the track) under the shade of the “big tree”. Again, marquees/tents can be erected here to cater up around 150 guests, depending if all need to be seated or not. This site has its own totalisator betting window for the convenience of your guests.

Within the public stand there are rooms which can accommodate your guests – the choice of which depends on the number you are catering for. These rooms have direct access out into the main stand and seating areas can be set aside here, specifically for you.

Within the eastern carpark there are plenty of areas for groups to erect their own marquee/tent or gazebo’s to enjoy your own BBQ or picnic.

Because of the popularity of these areas it is important that you make early contact with our Administration & Events Manager - Glenn Hames (027 203 2746) to ensure that we can meet your needs. This applies particularly to the “Embankment”, “Big Tree Enclosure”, rooms within the public stand and any larger area requirements in the eastern carpark.

Due to regulations, all alcohol consumed at the “Embankment”, “Big Tree Enclosure” sites and public stand rooms, must be sourced from Country Feasts who offer competitive pricing on all drink options.
