The “Mot Hill” which is adjacent to the birdcage offers one of the best race viewing locations and is right where the action is. Marquees can be erected on this site to accommodate up to 200 seated guests.
The “Big Tree Enclosure” is adjacent to the parade ring (where you can get a good close up look at the horses before they go onto the track) under the shade of the “big tree”. Again, marquees/tents can be erected here to cater up around 150 guests, depending if all need to be seated or not. This site has its own totalisator betting window for the convenience of your guests.
Within the General Admission Area we offer Gazebo Sites (6mx4m) right on the race track fence to see all the action. You can set up your gazebo and picnic/BBQ with plenty of room for 10-15 people. The GA area is BYO or you can purchase from the food and beverage outlets on course.
Tickets now available for 29 December
And for 26 January 2020. Get in early for best spots and avoid disappointment.
Because of the popularity of these areas it is important that you make early contact with our Administration & Events Manager - Glenn Hames (027 203 2746) email@example.com to ensure that we can meet your needs. This applies particularly to the “Mot Hill”, “Big Tree Enclosure”, and gazebo sites.
Due to regulations, all alcohol consumed at the “Embankment”, “Big Tree Enclosure” sites and anywhere within the main enclosure, must be sourced from Country Feasts who offer competitive pricing on all drink options.
Finally, it is important that you coordinate your raceday hospitality site needs through the above link to I-ticket or contact our Administration & Events Manager - Glenn Hames, if you have any special requests.
